To qualify to be listed as an affiliated school or instructor:
1) You must be an active member and involved with the main school's activites, such as seminars, assistant teaching at the main school, assistant with testing and event participation.
2) If you are an out of state instructor you are required to train and test at the main school annually.
3) Renewal of your instructor listing once a year. Renewal fee is $35.
